After a briefing call you typically receive 2–3 curated candidate profiles within 24–48 hours. For larger events we recommend a lead time of at least 2–3 weeks.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancellation terms are agreed individually in the contract between you and the talent. ÉLANCE supports both parties with transparent handling. If a talent cancels, we find a suitable replacement as quickly as possible.
